Initial Assessment Musculoskeletal (1 Hour) £65
This is hour long assessment during which we will have a discussion about your symptoms, and perform a physical exam to determine the best treatment plan individualised for you. It will include any exercises that we suggest you perform.
Initial Assessment Pelvic Health (1 Hour) £75
An hour long assessment to discuss your Pelvic Health concerns and symptoms, and perform a physical exam to determine the best treatment plan individualised for you.
Follow Up Appointment (30 minutes) £45
Ongoing treatments will be discussed during your initial assessment.
Post Natal MOT (1 Hour) £75
This appointment is suitable for anyone who has previously had a pregnancy. We will have a full discussion around your birth history and any symptoms you may be having, as well as a physical assessment. You will have a full explanation of the findings and a chance to ask any questions. This is a full MOT for any Mummy.
Mid Life MOT (1 Hour) £75
This appointment is designed for ladies approaching or having been through the menopause. It will include a chance to discuss any current pelvic health symptoms, as well as a physical assessment. We will talk through any recommendations, and discuss how to keep you well through this chapter.
Post Natal Abdominal or Scar Massage (30 Minutes) £45

Full Rehabilitation Package- On Request
1 hour New Patient Assessment or Post Natal MOT, with 6 weeks of progressive, individualised exercise programming, adapted to you. With full access and support from your Physiotherapist, and virtual check ups.
